These terms cover delphi.site, the Delphi Nodes Android app, the desktop node and Delphi's agents and NFTs ("Delphi"). By using Delphi you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Delphi.

Who can use Delphi

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use crypto services where you live. You may not use Delphi if you are on a sanctions list or in a sanctioned country.

Testnet, points and NFTs

• Most of Delphi runs on test networks. Test tokens and points have no monetary value and may be reset.
• Genesis Node NFTs are node bonds: payment for work, not an investment. Nothing here is an offer of securities, a promise of returns, or financial advice. Features, rewards and timelines can change.
• Running a node uses your device's power, data and battery. You choose when it runs and can stop it any time.

Your wallet and approvals

You keep your own keys. Delphi never asks for them. Approvals you sign (for example a node session) are limited to what the message says. Blockchain transactions are final; we can't reverse them.

Agents and what you add

• You're responsible for what you add: agent notes, imported identities, guardian art, labels and questions.
• Only add content you have the right to use. Don't use Delphi or its agents to break the law, attack other systems, or harm anyone. Agents are defensive only by design.
• AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important yourself.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content shown on Delphi infringes your copyright, send a notice with: your signature; the work you claim is infringed; where the material is on Delphi (link or card number); your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorised to act for them.

We remove or disable access to infringing material we control and end repeat infringers' access. Content written to a blockchain can't be deleted, but we stop showing it.

No warranty

Delphi is experimental and provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost funds, points, rewards, data or profits, or for indirect damages.
