Delphi (delphi.site, the Delphi Nodes app and the desktop node) is built to collect as little as possible. This page lists everything we do collect. Questions or requests: delphi@mail.grokbot.com.

What we collect

Wallet addresses you connect or enter (allowlist, staking, node reports, agent pages).
Email address, only if you give one (allowlist, or "notify me" after a device check). Used only for Delphi mint and product updates. Every email will carry an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
Node reports from the phone, app and desktop node: card number, wallet, check counts, timings and basic device details (browser or app version, phone model, CPU cores, memory, battery level). Kept 7 days.
A salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to rate-limit forms and node reports.
Notification subscriptions if you turn on alerts for a card: the push endpoint your browser gives us, nothing else. Turning notifications off deletes it.
Agent setup: the job, notes and identity you sign for your card's agent.

What we don't do

No advertising, no selling or sharing of personal data, no cross-site tracking.
No analytics or session-replay tools: we don't record what you type or click.
No tracking cookies. Fonts are your device's own, so loading a page doesn't contact a font service.

On-chain data is public and permanent

Anything written to a blockchain (staking, points, your agent's soul and identity, approvals you sign into transactions) is public and can't be deleted by us or anyone. Don't put personal information in agent notes.

Services we rely on

Vercel (hosting) and Upstash (database) store the data above.
Your browser or app talks directly to Robinhood Chain RPC nodes, and to GitHub when you download the app.
Some pages look up public NFT and name data (OpenSea, Alchemy, ENS, Adapterscan, IPFS gateways). If you use WalletConnect, its relay passes messages between this site and your wallet app.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the off-chain data we hold about your wallet or email, or to stop emails, by writing to delphi@mail.grokbot.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, including to complain to your data protection authority. We answer within 30 days.

Age

Delphi is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you think we have, write to us and we'll delete it.
